Don Bradman Cricket 17 may not have released to the most fanfare but the game did alright for itself. It is perhaps the only cricket game that made bowling an enjoyable part of the game. All in all, Don Bradman Cricket 14 managed to deliver a fairly good cricketing experience despite some obvious flaws. With Don Bradman Cricket 17 coming later this year, we’ve decided to take a look at some of the things we hope will be improved.
Don Bradman Cricket 17 was perhaps better received on consoles than on the PC. There’s one very simple reason behind this: the PC version could not be played using a keyboard and mouse. If you didn’t have a compatible controller, you were out of luck. Sure, the game’s control scheme may be better suited to a controller, but that’s no reason to deny players the option. – IGN
